Shipping policy

Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed before shipping. You will receive an email notification with tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note: we are closed on Sundays & Mondays and all orders placed after 2pm Saturday will be ready for collection or dispatched the following Tuesday when we re-open. ​

International Shipping

Pickup from Base

 

Free local pickup is available from Base Aesthetic Clinic. All orders placed within clinic hours (refer to website) Tuesday - Friday will be available for collection the following day within our clinic opening hours. We will contact you directly when your order is ready to be collected.
