By booking an appointment or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These ensure a smooth and professional experience for both our clients and our team.

We offer professional skin, brow, and lash treatments. All services are provided by trained and qualified therapists. Results can vary between individuals.

2. Booking Policy

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email or in person.

  • A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied to your treatment on the day.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if the cancellation policy is met.

  • Minimum age for treatments is 18 unless accompanied by a parent/guardian who provides written consent.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We value your time and ours. Please respect our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice or failure to attend will result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee of [Insert amount or %].

  • Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time or the full fee being charged.

4. Treatment Consent & Safety

  • You must provide accurate and complete information about your health, medications, and skin history before treatment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

  • Possible side effects, downtime, and risks will be discussed during your consultation.

  • Clients are responsible for following all pre- and post-treatment care instructions.

5. Payment & Pricing

  • Payment is required in full on the day of your treatment.

  • We accept [insert payment methods, e.g., EFTPOS, cash, Afterpay].

  • Please note: An EFTPOS machine surcharge will be applied to your treatment. You may pay in cash to avoid this fee.

  • All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Promotions and packages are non-transferable and may have expiry dates.

6. Refunds & Returns

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Refunds will only be given where required under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Retail products may be exchanged or refunded if faulty. Please retain proof of purchase.

7. Gift Vouchers

  • Valid for 3 years from purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Not redeemable for cash.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your personal information:

  • Your data will only be used for bookings, treatment history, and marketing (with your consent).
