Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens and plans change, but late cancellations and missed appointments impact our ability to provide services to other clients. Our cancellation policy helps us manage our schedule fairly and efficiently.

Notice Required

• We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend (no-shows), will result in forfeiture of your booking deposit or a 50% fee of the scheduled treatment cost, whichever is applicable.

Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required for select treatments and packages. This will be redeemed against your treatment cost on the day of your appointment if attended as scheduled.

Exceptions

• We understand genuine emergencies can occur. In these situations, please contact us as soon as possible. One-time exceptions may be considered at the clinic’s discretion.
