Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans may change, but late cancellations and missed appointments can impact our ability to care for other clients. Our cancellation policy helps us manage our schedule fairly, protect our small business, and continue offering quality service to everyone.

Notice required
We kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

Late cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit or a 50% fee of the scheduled treatment cost, whichever applies.

No‑shows
Failure to attend (no‑shows) will result in a charge of the full cost of the scheduled treatment, as this time has been set aside for you and cannot be offered to other clients.

 

Deposits
A non‑refundable 50% deposit is required for selected treatments and packages. This amount is redeemed against your treatment cost on the day of your appointment, provided you attend as scheduled.

 

Exceptions

We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. In these situations, please contact us as soon as possible at baseskinclinicperth@gmail.com. One‑time exceptions may be considered at the clinic’s discretion.
