What to expect & downtime
During your Viva treatment, you’ll feel a series of controlled heat pulses as the radiofrequency energy resurfaces the skin and stimulates collagen production. Most clients find this very tolerable, with only mild warmth and tingling during the session.
After treatment, you may notice redness and slight swelling similar to a mild sunburn, usually settling within 24–48 hours. Some clients experience mild flaking or dryness as the skin renews itself. You can typically return to your normal activities the next day, with makeup applied once the skin has settled.
How many treatments will I need?
For best results, we usually recommend a series of 3–4 Viva treatments, spaced 4–6 weeks apart, depending on your skin condition and goals. Improvements can often be seen after just one session, but results build progressively with each treatment. To maintain your results, we may recommend follow-up sessions once or twice per year.
